Northwest Medical Weight Loss Clinic located in Highland, Indiana is overseen by Dr.Dana Rifai who is board certified in both Internal and Obesity medicine.

We are dedicated to helping patients achieve non-surgical, medically supervised weight loss. We understand that losing weight involves more than just dietary changes or increased exercise; that’s why we create personalized plans tailored to each individual.

We believe no patient should be denied access to evidence-based obesity medicine care. That is why our clinic offers both telehealth and in-person visits, along with insurance and self-pay options.

Additionally, we prescribe FDA-approved weight loss medications, including Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Foundayo, Phentermine, Phentermine/Topiramate, and Contrave, to support your weight loss journey.

Dana Rifai MD

Training and Education

Dr.Rifai brings extensive experience in both primary care and obesity medicine. She earned her medical degree in 2007 and went to complete her residency in Internal Medicine at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago, where she also spent a year as a chief resident.
